What are your operating hours?
We’re open seven days a week from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
How can I purchase tickets and do I need to book a time slot?
You may purchase tickets at kingdomsplashfest.com and you may come anytime you like and get on the park. You do not have to worry about booking a time slot.
What age groups are allowed on the park?
Ages 4 and up are allowed on the park. We do make exceptions, just give us a call.
Are life jackets provided for participants?
We provide a life jacket for every participant.
Do you have lifeguards on duty and do they engage with guests?
We have lifeguards and they also play games such as tug of war, tag etc. they try to make it a fun but safe experience
Can we bring our own chairs or umbrellas to the park?
We have picnic tables but you may bring lawn chairs, umbrellas with you.
Can parents or grandparents watch from the beach area?
Yes. Parents, grandparents, and other observers are welcome to sit in the beach area and watch. An Observer Fee of $5.00 applies for anyone watching from the beach area.
Do you host birthday parties or company events? How can I book one?
We host birthday parties and company events, you can text 850-543-6047 the date and the number and we will put it on the books. You may call and get the rates for these events.
Are there any restrictions on wearing jewelry or piercings?
No jewelry is allowed on the park. If you have a piercing it cannot have an open stem on it. If it is covered or a loop it's ok. Only certain loop nose rings will be accepted.
Can I wear water shoes in the park or on the inflatable?
You may wear water shoes on the beach and in the water but you cannot wear water shoes on the actual inflatable.
Do parents or guardians need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all parents and guardians must sign a waiver for themselves and for any minors who will be getting on the park.
Where can I sign the waiver and is there a fee?
Waivers can be signed online at kingdomsplashfest.com. There is no charge to sign a waiver.
